Theo Thomassen

Dutch singer, musician, songwriter, and television presenter.Theo Thomassen gained significant fame in the Netherlands as one half of the popular musical duo Theo & Thea, alongside his wife Thea Hilhorst-Thomassen. Active primarily from the late 1960s onwards, the duo achieved massive success with Dutch-language songs, particularly humorous and sentimental 'levenslied' (life song) ballads. Thomassen was also a well-known television personality.
