Jun Senoue: The Sonic Guitar Legend

Japanese composer, guitarist, and music producer renowned for his iconic rock and electronic soundtracks for the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series.Born in Japan in 1970, Jun Senoue joined SEGA in 1993. He rapidly became a key composer and sound designer for the Sonic franchise, starting with Sonic the Hedgehog 3. His signature guitar-driven rock style, heavily featured in Sonic Adventure (1998) and Sonic Adventure 2 (2001), defined the sound of Sonic for a generation. He co-founded the band Crush 40 to perform vocal themes for the games.
