Trinidadian-born German-based Eurodance singer and musician, best known for his 1993 international hit 'What Is Love'.Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Haddaway moved to Europe in 1987. After settling in Germany, he launched his music career with the groundbreaking single 'What Is Love' which topped charts in 13 countries. His debut album 'The Album' (1993) sold over 6 million copies worldwide. Though subsequent releases achieved moderate success, he remains an iconic figure of 1990s Eurodance.
