Koji Kondo is a renowned Japanese composer best known for his work on the music for various Nintendo video games, including the Legend of Zelda series. While Kondo did not compose the music for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, the soundtrack for the game was created by Manaka Kataoka, Yasuaki Iwata, and Hajime Wakai. Koji Kondo is, however, credited for creating the iconic music for earlier titles in the series, contributing to the memorable tunes that have become synonymous with the Legend of Zelda franchise.
