"A las barricadas" (To the Barricades) is a famous Spanish anarchist song from the Civil War period. It was adapted from the melody of "Warszawianka", a Polish revolutionary march. The lyrics were written by Valeriano Orobón Fernández in 1936. The song became the anthem of the CNT-FAI anarchist trade union and militia during the Spanish Civil War.
