"Rosanna" is a hit song by American rock band Toto, released in 1982 on their album "Toto IV". It won Record of the Year at the 1983 Grammy Awards. The song is famous for its distinctive half-time shuffle groove, often called the "Rosanna shuffle", played by drummer Jeff Porcaro. Though inspired by Bernard Purdie's "Purdie shuffle", Porcaro's pattern became legendary for its complexity and feel. The track features David Paich's distinctive keyboard work and powerful vocals by Steve Lukather.
